Among the films he has written to date are The Review, which received approvals from Project Greenlight 2002, now the world’s foremost screenwriting and directing contest; and Home Invasion, a short submitted to the Amazon.com/Tribeca Film Festival Online Contest. He has attended the Hollywood Film Institute and there, under the tutelage of Dov Simens, has acquired the valuable knowledge of the artistic and business side of filmmaking. Dov Simens has taught many well-known directors and actors such as Quentin Tarantino, Guy Ritchie, and Will Smith, all at the beginning of their careers. Eric oversees a number of creatives both within and outside of 19w, and has been highly instrumental in guiding the company. A background in music and love for films make him a natural for the role, and he brings a keen sense of detail to every task. When on the set, he also coaches dialogue and supervises scripts. His start in film production actually began in front of the lens, where he was featured in corporate training and orientation videos. Edwin is the writer of 19th & Wilson’s geek comedy short, I.T.
